
Group Therapy

Group therapy is a space where you can connect with others who have similar therapeutic goals. It can be helpful as a standalone treatment, but also a great addition to individual therapy! I love running groups because the relationships and support that develop between members is something entirely special and unique to group work.

Right now I am enrolling clients for my Covid-Cautious Therapy Group. This group is for folks who acknowledge the ongoing pandemic, and continue to take precautions for themselves and their community. This will be a space to share, feel heard and understood, rage, cry, grieve and laugh together with covid-aware people who truly *get it*.
