My Approach

I am committed to creating a space where every voice is heard and every identity respected. Together we'll explore the intersections of your experiences, acknowledging the impact of systemic factors. My holistic approach integrates an acute awareness of social issues while fostering empowerment and strength as we navigate your path toward healing that honors your individuality within the broader context of our world.

I specialize in providing care based in a trauma-informed, social-justice and liberation framework where clients can feel safe, seen, and supported. I believe therapy is political and I don’t shy away from the impact that our government’s history, its policies, and practices have on our mental health. Together, we'll explore the intersections of your experiences and

identities as we work to reach your goals.

I particularly enjoy working with those who feel skeptical or on the fence about beginning therapy for the first time. If that's you, reach out to me to find out what having a warm, supportive, validating therapist can do for you and your life.
